FAQ

Common questions

How do I know if I need help in my business?

Are you always running out of time to get things done? Do you have plans and dreams for your business that you just can't get to? Are you spending nights catching up on admin tasks? Then it's probably time.

How do I decide which tasks to outsource?

Write down everything you do in a typical week, then sort it into four buckets: what you enjoy and are good at, what you enjoy but aren't skilled at, what you're good at but find boring, and what you neither enjoy nor are skilled at. Anything in the last two buckets is a great candidate for outsourcing.

Why choose local help over an overseas VA?

Working with a local consultant means I already understand your context. You're billed in Australian currency, we're in the same (or a similar) time zone, and I'm familiar with uniquely Aussie ways of doing business.

How do we make sure communication stays on track?

Clear, open communication matters even more in a remote working relationship. I keep the lines open, ask questions whenever I'm unsure, welcome feedback, and we'll set up regular check-ins to keep everything on track and on deadline.

What's the process for getting started?

It starts with a free discovery call, where we dig into your business and figure out how I can help. From there: a service agreement and invoice, a kick-off meeting to sort access and share how you like things done, and then I get to work — and you get some time back.
